  • Share your creativity, opinions, ideas and interests with people from all over the world. You may choose from RL categories and subcategories to write about. Select one or several areas of interest and write as often as you’d like.
  • Build your literary reputation. Writing for a well established and respected website such as RL gives you opportunity for developing a literary reputation for yourself. As your literary reputation develops, your chances of acquiring work as a freelance writer or selling your work will also improve.
  • Exposure of your expertise. Develop a name for yourself as an expert in your field. When people seek information on the Internet about your topic, they will find your name. Over time, as your name shows up again and again, you will develop a reputation as an expert in your field and may be sought out by others for your expertise.
  • Placing a face to a name. Each RL member has his/her own personal information page. This is where you can present yourself as an author. On this page, you can post your bio, photograph, and list your education, experience and interests. Below your author biography, readers will find all of your materials. This allows readers to bookmark your author page for easy access to all of your published materials.
  • Earn money. RL gives it's members a unique opportunity to increase their income by performing different activities like :
    • User Profile completeness,

  • Material promotion. RL promotes its author’s materials in two ways:
    • Search engine searches – Your materials can be found by millions of people just by searching the Internet for content you have written about,
    • RL Website – readers can find you and your materials featured throughout the website, or readers can search a particular category of interest to find your materials. RL has thousands of readers who check the website daily for new articles, press-releases, documents, books, photos and videos.
  • Author promotion. Authors are randomly featured throughout the website. Therefore, as readers surf RL, they will see the featured authors and be able to go to that author’s page. This gives authors additional exposure.
  • Author-defined rights for each material.
  • Promote and link to your personal website. If you currently have a personal website, author privileges will allow you to promote yourself- as often as you’d like – through author bio box in your publications.
  • Link to Knolee Library. Improve your ranking in search engines with reciprocal links from RL. From your website(s), you may link to your author page and your materials. This is a great marketing and networking tool for any business.
